2. Deposits

Submit the correct amount, payment method, and genuine transaction reference. A payment request can be checked against the submitted details before it is reflected in the account balance.

3. First-Deposit Bonus

An eligible user's first successful deposit may receive the bonus percentage currently displayed in the dashboard. The bonus is designed to be credited once for the eligible first deposit.

4. Withdrawals

A withdrawal requires sufficient available balance and the minimum amount shown by the platform. Provide the correct account name, account number, and withdrawal method.

5. Incorrect or Duplicate Information

Incorrect account details, duplicate transaction references, unverifiable payments, or conflicting payment information can delay or prevent processing.

6. Records

Completed deposits, earnings, rewards, and withdrawals may appear in transaction history so users can review account activity.
